Capture — bio & tracked links
Turn a single profile link into email subscribers, with a link-in-bio page and click-counted tracked links.
Link-in-bio — botn.app/u/handle
Pick a handle in the Capture tab and you get a public bio page. Handles are 3–30 characters of lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, globally unique (reserved words like admin or botn are not allowed).
- Set a display name, an intro line and a theme.
- Add up to 12 buttons — your YouTube channel, latest video, an intake form, a free download, a booking page.
- Copy the URL and put it in your Instagram, YouTube and TikTok profiles.
Link a form to a bio button and visiting fans leave their email — the contact lands in your fan list automatically.
Tracked links — botn.app/l/code
A tracked link is a short 7-character URL that redirects (302) to its destination while counting clicks. Create one per channel — even for the same destination — to learn which channel actually drives traffic.
- Create — enter a label (e.g. YouTube pinned comment) and a destination URL. You can note the source too.
- List — shows clicks and last-clicked time per link; total clicks also appear in the Overview summary.
Forms & free downloads
The Capture tab links out to your existing formsand shared docs. Link a free download (lead magnet) to a form to complete the ‘leave your email, get the file’ flow.
