Fans & Fan Score
Every fan gets a 0–100 score and a segment (New, Warm, Hot, Superfan), with a recommended action per segment.
How Fan Score works
Fan Score adds up a contact's engagement signals into 0–100 — email + marketing consent 20, contact recency 25, purchase history 25, lead score 20, sign-up recency 10. It's computed automatically from data you already have.
Segments
- New — just left their email. A welcome/introduction message fits.
- Warm — engaged with free content. Nurture with newsletters and free downloads.
- Hot — actively responding. The audience for waitlist and launch news.
- Superfan — your most loyal fans.
- Buyers — a separate filter for fans who already bought. Review requests are recommended.
Adjust segment boundaries in Settings (gear) → Fan Score thresholds.
Using the fan list
- Filter with the segment chips (with counts) and search by name or email.
- Tap a fan card to open the detail — AI contact summary, basic info, recent activity.
- Make a message jumps to the Campaigns tab with that fan's segment pre-filled.
CSV import/export reuses the standard contact import flow. Use it to migrate subscriber lists from other platforms (Mailchimp etc.).
Fans are contacts — ‘Open profile’ in the fan detail gives you the full contact card (notes, tasks, deals).
