Notifications
Important events — new leads, campaigns, deal changes — collect in one place, and you can get a push on your browser or phone.
What you get notified about
- New form lead — form submissions arrive (hot leads are flagged)
- Quote viewed/accepted/rejected — when a customer opens or answers a public quote
- Contract viewed/signed/rejected — e-contract links opened, signed or declined
- Doc viewed — when a shared doc is opened for the first time (one alert per link)
- New & upcoming bookings — a public booking arrives, or a confirmed booking is about to start
- Customer replies — a customer replies to a campaign or sequence email
- Campaign sent — an email or SMS campaign starts sending
- Deal won/lost/assigned — deal closes, or you're set as its owner
- Mentions — a teammate @mentions you in a collaboration memo
- Task reminder — tasks & activities whose due time has arrived or passed but isn't done yet
- Member invited — you're invited to a workspace
- Billing — subscription activated, payment failed, subscription ended
- Workflow failed — an automation run fails (when its failure alert is on)
Each notification is created at the moment the event happens. Form leads and campaign sends go to every workspace member; deal won/lost goes to that deal’s assignee (or the workspace owner if there’s no assignee); a deal-assigned notice goes only to the one newly-assigned owner. You won’t get notified about your own actions (assigning a deal to yourself, closing a deal you closed).
Booking and task reminders are sent automatically — botn checks the clock about every 15 minutes. Each item is reminded only once so duplicates don’t pile up, and it works in your workspace timezone.
Opening the inbox
- On mobile, tap the bell icon at the top-right of the home screen.
- On desktop, open ‘Notifications’ in the left menu.
The inbox keeps the latest 100, newest first, with unread items marked by a dot and color. The unread count is shown at the top of the screen.
Tapping an item marks it read and jumps straight to the linked contact, deal or campaign. Use Mark all read at the top-right to clear them, and remove unwanted ones with the per-item delete button or Delete all.
Turn on push · re-subscribe
On the Notifications screen, press Enable push to allow browser permission and subscribe this device. Switched devices or lost permission? Re-subscribe from the same place. Use Send test to confirm it works right away.
- Press Enable push and the browser asks for notification permission. Choose Allow.
- Once allowed, this device subscribes automatically and the status card shows ‘You’re receiving push notifications on this device’.
- Press Send test to check push actually arrives — a single test notification comes to you immediately.
- To stop receiving, use Turn off to unsubscribe this device.
The status card’s message reflects your current state. ‘Permission granted but this device isn’t subscribed’ means press Re-subscribe; ‘Notifications are blocked’ means you need to switch notifications to ‘Allow’ in the browser’s site settings.
Practical tips
- Press Enable push once on both your PC and phone so both devices are subscribed — you won’t miss a push when you’re away from your desk.
- Even if push doesn’t arrive, the in-app inbox always collects everything. Open the Notifications screen now and then to catch up on new leads and deal changes.
- If your team splits deals, assign an owner to each one. Then won/lost notices go to the right person — without an assignee they all land on a single owner instead.
