Email campaigns
Write once in ‘New email’, send to picked contacts or a list, and track results through opens, clicks, replies and a funnel that runs to bookings and contracts.
New email on the Email screen is where every campaign starts — pick recipients, write the body, send. A campaign card is created and performance accumulates on it.
Pick recipients
- Individual contacts — search by name, company or email. Contacts without an email are greyed out and can’t be selected.
- Lists — tap a list to add every member with an email at once.
Body tools
- AI draft — pick one of five purposes (first intro, meeting follow-up, proposal, quote, contract) and it fills the subject and body.
- Variables — insert
{{{{name}}}},{{{{company}}}}and{{{{email}}}}chips and they’re substituted per recipient. - Insert CTA buttons — append a click button: quote (public quote link), doc (auto-issued tracked link), booking link (when you have a booking page), and reply buttons (tracked or mail-app).
- Preview & signature — preview the substituted result with a sample contact, and your email signature from Settings is appended automatically.
{{{{name}}}} etc.). Korean tokens from templates ({{{{고객명}}}}) won’t be substituted here; re-insert them with the variable chips. After sending — cards & the funnel
Each card shows status (draft, scheduled, sending, sent, paused) and six metrics — sent, delivered, failed, opens, clicks, replies. Expand for the tracking funnel: target → announced → replied → booked → quoted → won, showing how far the campaign carried into real revenue actions.
Addresses that unsubscribe, bounce or complain are added to the suppression list automatically and skipped from the next campaign on.
Options when editing a draft
A/B testing (variant subject/body and split) is available on both the compose and edit screens. Sending domain & from address and scheduled send (date & time) appear when you open a campaign card with Edit — use Edit to change the sender or schedule.
Domain verification & default sender
- In email settings, add a sending domain (e.g.
mail.mycompany.com) and a sender name. - register the three DNS record groups shown — MX, SPF/DMARC and DKIM (CNAME) — at your domain console, then press ‘Verify records’.
- once verified, save a default from address — 1:1 mail, sequences and automations send from it.
Sending 1:1 sales mail via your Gmail account is in preparation.
